Image Why Gamblers? The name Gamblers comes from the EUHC song, 'The Gambler' by Kenny Rodgers and mirrors other Gambler monikered alumni teams in both hockey and cricket. As the four riders met whilst playing hockey for the University the name feels especially appropriate. My time at Edinburgh University Men’s Hockey Club was incredible, making some great friends, and making university life a real pleasure.Tom NevillMathematics, 2011All four graduates work in Edinburgh and are sacrificing two weeks of holiday to complete the challenge.Find out moreTo find out more about supporting the boys please follow the Just Giving links below.Tom Nevill for Cancer Research UKDavid Munn for Anthony NolanSandy Hendry for Unite Against CancerWill Butler for Alzheimer ScotlandIf you are interested in finding out more about Gambers CC please visit the Gamblers Cycle Club website. The Gamblers Cycle ClubEdinburgh University Hockey Club Tags 2013 Publication date 02 Apr, 2015
