Inspired by the efforts and commitment of their supporters, Euan MacDonald Centre staff have decided to do some fundraising of their own by taking part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival on 26th May 2013. Image University of Edinburgh research and support staff, including Chloe Kippen, Denise Cranley, Graham Campbell, Heather Anderson, Jenni Stewart, Jenny Durkin, Leisa Thomas, Richard Perry, Shuna Colville, Shyamanga Borooah, Steph Hay and Vicky Olver, hope to raise at least £2000 to help take the Euan MacDonald Centre another step further towards a better understanding of motor neurone disease.About Motor Neurone DiseaseMotor Neurone Disease (MND) is a debilitating disease that leads to muscle weakness, paralysis and sadly is usually fatal within a few years.
