(2004), and more recently, 'The First Biography of Jesus: Genre and Meaning in Mark's Gospel' (2020).She has acted as historical consultant and contributor for a number of television programmes and presented 'Jesus’ Female disciples: the New Evidence' for Channel 4 (2018). Helen is interested in nearly all aspects of early Christianity and the social, cultural and religious context in which it emerged.Originally from a small village in the North-East of England, Helen studied for her first degree at the University of St Andrews. While doing a PhD at Durham University, she spent a year in Tübingen, Germany. He is the Vice President Inclusion at Edinburgh University Sports Union for 2020/21, having previously served as International Participation Officer in 2019/20. Daniel is a co-founder of BuniTek, a social enterprise that creates simple, hands-on tech courses to inspire young people to use technology to create solutions. As Battery Engineer, he lent his skills to the HYPED team in preparation for the 2019 Space X Hyperloop Competition. Daniel was elected to Kenya Children Assembly at the age of 10 to be the voice of his fellow children. He was voted as his District’s Children President and later the County Children’s Governor and the National Children’s Secretary. He has been a volunteer teacher in various primary and secondary schools during and after his high school education. He was named as one of the Queen's Young Leaders of 2018 for his efforts towards fighting for education and equal opportunities for young people.
