These connections can provide not only mentorship but also potentially offer direct leads on job openings and projects.” Ian, 2023 Medicinal and Biological Chemistry graduate Update your details on the Alumni Portal Please note: new 2024 graduate details are not yet available to be updated in the Alumni Portal Now is the perfect time to make sure your details are up-to-date in the Alumni Portal. Log-in to the Alumni Portal Join the conversation on social media The Edinburgh alumni community is very active on social media, with conversation, nostalgia, opportunities and stories being shared on a daily basis. You can join in on these channels: Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram Important notice: Without the traditional photo opportunities graduation ceremonies provide, we know there will be a temptation to share images of your degree certificate on social media with friends and family instead to celebrate your success. But we want to warn you of the dangers of doing so. Logos, crests, signatories, stamps, holograms and wording are unique to each university and certificate designs change annually to help prevent forgeries. By sharing these features publicly, counterfeiters can copy them and produce fakes. Help prevent forgery and degree fraud by keeping your certificate safe from the hands of fraudsters.
